As VP of Marketing with Halek Energy, Reed helps individuals and institutional partners by facilitating investment projects. He also directs a management and consulting firm called OneStep Inc., a real estate business named Ascent Development Team, and a non-profit institution called Team Kairos Foundation. His wife Monette has an extensive background in teaching, especially special needs students, and is also a pilot for Jet Direct.
Facilitating charity-motivated business projects that aid others and have an influence on society is Reed Grafke’s passion. His background in business management, non-profit administration, and public speaking is helpful in accomplishing those lofty goals. As an experienced minister and businessman, he has taught, trained, and mentored individuals in cultures, societies, and communities around the world. He has, amazingly, gained audience with a number of leaders of foreign countries because of his impressive charity work. Reed Grafke’s experiences in life give him plenty to talk about at the conferences and business seminars he speaks to on regular occasion. Reed and his wife serve today as leaders at the local church as well as serving on the Boards of numerous non-profit organizations and businesses. The Grafke’s take the mission of generous living seriously, but they also enjoy activities like hunting, scuba diving, mission works, flying, hospitality, fishing, and other adventurous activities.
